Radiancehill offers a pick-up option for part of your shipment at designated pick-up locations only. This option is designed for customers who are not in urgent need of immediate delivery and are willing to wait for consolidated (group) shipping.

Pick-Up Fee

A base pick-up fee of ₦1,000 applies.

If the total weight of the items selected for pick-up exceeds Radiancehill’s standard weight limit, additional charges may apply. Any increase will be communicated to the customer prior to confirmation.

Group Shipping Timeline

Orders selected for the pick-up option are shipped via group shipping and may take up to 14 working days to arrive at the pick-up station.

Pick-Up Window & Demurrage Charges

Once you are notified that your items have arrived at the pick-up location:

Items must be collected within 3 days

Failure to pick up within this period will attract a demurrage fee of ₦500 per day

Demurrage fees must be settled before release of items

Pay on Delivery

Pay on Delivery does not apply to orders selected under the pick-up option. Full payment must be completed before shipment.
