At Radiancehill, we offer Pay on Delivery (POD) as a convenient payment option for eligible orders, allowing customers to pay for their items at the point of delivery.
Eligibility for Pay on Delivery
Pay on Delivery is available only for selected locations and products.
Availability may depend on delivery address, order value, or order history.
Radiancehill reserves the right to approve or decline Pay on Delivery for any order.
Fixed Delivery Fee (Upfront Payment)
All Pay on Delivery orders attract a fixed delivery fee of a minimum of ₦4,000.
This delivery fee must be paid in advance before a rider is dispatched.
The delivery fee is non-refundable once the rider has been assigned or dispatched.
Failure to pay the delivery fee will result in the order not being processed.
Payment on Delivery
The cost of the item(s) is paid upon delivery, after visual inspection.
Payment must be made immediately upon arrival before the package is released.
Accepted payment methods may include cash or bank transfer, depending on the rider.
Order Confirmation
All Pay on Delivery orders are subject to order verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled without notice.
Failed or Rejected Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable, refuses to accept the delivery, or declines to pay:
The order may be cancelled.
The upfront delivery fee will not be refunded.
The customer may lose access to Pay on Delivery for future orders.
Inspection Policy
Customers may visually inspect the package upon delivery.
Opening, wearing, testing, or using items before payment is not allowed, unless stated otherwise.
Changes & Cancellations
Once a rider has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Customers must contact us immediately to cancel before dispatch.
Right to Withdraw Service
Radiancehill reserves the right to:
Suspend or withdraw Pay on Delivery at any time.
Restrict Pay on Delivery access for customers with repeated failed deliveries.
